How long will my order take to arrive?

We at Listen & Dwell Apparel endeavour to bring an end to 'fast fashion'. Therefore, all our products are printed to order to minimise waste. 

Regular Australia Post (production time 3-8 days + 2-7 days delivery) - $10 flat-rate delivery. A tracking number is emailed once dispatched.

Express Australia Post (production time + 1 day delivery) - $15 for the first item, then $1 extra per item after that. Express post is typically overnight unless you live in a rural location.

International (production time + 4-5 days delivery) - $15 flat-rate delivery. A tracking number is emailed once dispatched.

Yes, all prices are in AUD

 

Where are the garments made?

Here at Listen & Dwell Apparel, we primarily use AS Colour basics which are produced in Bangladesh and are proudly certified Child Labor Free to Manufacturing level. You can find more information on their ethical production practices on their website www.ascolour.com.au.

Our shirts are designed by us and fellow artists and then printed locally here in Australia by www.theprintbar.com 

 

How do I wash my printed garments?

Here are a few care instructions to maximise the lifetime of your garment:

• Delicate/gentle wash with cold water
• Wash inside out
• Only iron inside out (if you absolutely must)
• Do not tumble dry
• Do not dry in direct sunlight

 

Returns/Exchanges

I've received my order, and something's not quite right. What can I do?

It's a bummer when things aren't quite right, so please get in touch via our contact form. We do not accept returns but please reach out if there is something wrong with the quality of the print.
